**Key Responsibilities**:

- Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- SEO and SEM: Implement and manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to improve organic search rankings and paid search results.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage social media campaigns across various platforms, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website and social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Paid Advertising: Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, to drive quality traffic and conversions.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing and implement improvements to optimize digital marketing strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, advertising, and content marketing.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
