-**To generate leads references and book packages on own, without any expectation of the same from company side**.
- Optimize programs for success; tracking all aspects of program execution to prescribed metrics, and analyzing results to track program efficiency, timeliness, and creative success.
- Develop field event and/or program strategy and execution plan with detailed task list and track through completion using project management tool including assignment of tasks to others and following up with them to ensure that the tasks are completed on time.
- Manage external relationships (vendors, venues, agencies, and media partners) effectively as needed to ensure maximizing all opportunities to get maximum yield from investment.
- Create segment lists using targeted selection criteria and provide them to sales development reps and field sales and ensure they follow up with customers and prospects.
- Execute all demand generation programs on-time and within budget.
- Track and optimize event/program return on investment in partnership with marketing operations
- Create and manage regional digital marketing campaigns such as industry/region-focused webinars, virtual events, third-party content syndication, and account
- based marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal results.
- Ensure leads are uploaded to CRM system in a timely fashion and assigned to sales, followed up by sales development reps, and monitor lead conversion progress.
- Support sales development reps and field sales with marketing material as needed for outbound calling efforts and sales customer visits.
- Should be graduate.
- **Should have Sales & Marketing experience of at least 5 years.**
- Should have Excellent communication Skills
- **Should be able to organize sales visits**
- Should be ready to attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- **Should be able to negotiate packages**.
- **Should be able to achieve the minimum monthly the sales target or Rs. 3- 4 Lakhs.**
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Should have own vehicle & valid driving licence
- Should have basic computer knowledge with working knowledge in MS Office.
- **Organise medical camps/events in societies and various other prominent place.**
- **Should be willing to work on minimum salary and maximum incentives based package.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
