- **Regression testing**: Ensure that new code doesn't break existing functionality.
- **Process improvement**: Suggest improvements to the software development process.
- **Stay updated**: Keep up with new testing tools and technologies.

Additional Responsibilities (depending on the specific role):

- **Test automation**: Design, develop, and execute automated tests.
- **Performance testing**: Identify and address performance issues.
- **Security testing**: Identify and address security vulnerabilities.
- **Usability testing**: Ensure the software is easy to use and understand.
- **Regression testing**: Ensure that new code doesn't break existing functionality.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Analytical skills**: Ability to identify and analyze defects.
- **Problem-solving skills**: Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions.
- **Communication skills**: Ability to effectively communicate findings and collaborate with developers.
- **Attention to detail**: Ability to identify subtle errors and inconsistencies.
- **Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools**: Familiarity with various testing techniques and tools.
- **Understanding of software development lifecycle**: Knowledge of the different phases of software development.
- **Experience with bug tracking systems**: Familiarity with tools like Jira or Bugzilla.

**Eligibility

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
