Job Role: Market Research Associate/Research Analyst/

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Lead Research Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to gather accurate and comprehensive contact information for potential clients and companies based on defined criteria. This position is critical to supporting our sales and marketing efforts by ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough online research to identify companies and individuals that meet the target audience criteria.
- Verify and validate the accuracy of contact data to ensure high-quality results.
- Use tools such as LinkedIn, company websites, online databases, and other platforms to gather information.
- Organize and deliver gathered data in structured formats (e.g., Excel spreadsheets or Google Sheets).
- Monitor industry trends and news to identify new potential opportunities.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle data in compliance with privacy laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Strong research skills and the ability to navigate online databases and tools effectively.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or similar platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data management tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in research, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in B2B research or data collection.
- Knowledge of [industry-specific details, e.g., IT, healthcare, real estate, etc.].
- Understanding of how to identify decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, CTOs, Marketing Managers).

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive hourly rate or salary.
- Flexible working hours (remote work option available).

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
