Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients to inquire about current and upcoming staffing requirements.

Maintain a database of client contacts and follow up regularly to build strong relationships.

Understand client requirements and relay them accurately to the recruitment team.

Provide information about the company’s staffing services and address client queries.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.

Record call outcomes and prepare detailed reports on client interactions.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to enhance client engagement strategies.

**Requirements**:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

**Skills**:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Experience in telecalling, business development, or client servicing, preferably in the staffing industry.

Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
