**Job Summary**:
The Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, upkeep, and reliability of all equipment, machinery, and building systems. - Supervise daily maintenance operations for mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and civil assets.
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and utilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of building infrastructure (HVAC, lifts, generators, fire systems, etc.).
- Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Coordinate with service vendors and contractors for specialized repair or AMC jobs.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental standards, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare maintenance reports, budget estimates, and cost analyses.
- Train and monitor maintenance staff to ensure performance and adherence to procedures.
- Collaborate with the operations team to support production/operational efficiency.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in facility or equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (e.g., fire safety, electrical safety).
- Working knowledge of CMMS or other maintenance tracking software is a plus.
