IT Executive

Role & responsibilities for IT with 5 years of experience.

1. Perform installation, configuration, upgradation of all OS and software's.

2. Outlook mail configuration and troubleshooting. (POP, IMAP and 0365), Gmail mail configurations.

3. Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Software, Printers, and Imaging devices.

4. Installation and Maintenance of hardware resolving users queries over phone, mails, helpdesk etc.

5. Network level problems, Internet connection, troubleshooting in network.

7. Resolving local issues by coordinating with centralized IT Team.

8. Basic knowledge of Windows server, Anti-Virus, and Firewall.

9. Basic knowledge of Local Ian/WAN/Firewall.

10. Extensive knowledge of MS Office

11. Assist in procurement of new information systems

12. Follow extra work given by IT head.
