Operations Assistant - Construction Industry
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation and Compliance:
Client Account Management:
Maintain and oversee customer accounts, particularly in relation to pre-construction activities, ensuring timely updates and smooth coordination.
Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Foster strong relationships with clients by demonstrating that their needs and satisfaction are the highest priority.
Proactive Client Support:
Anticipate clients' requirements by understanding project timelines and milestones, and proactively act to address potential needs.
Site Readiness Coordination:
Identify and assess the specific requirements of construction sites to ensure readiness for project commencement, including resource allocation and compliance checks.
Project Support and Coordination:
Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth project execution by bridging gaps between client expectations and operational deliverables.
Monitor project schedules and assist in resolving bottlenecks to maintain project timelines.
Operational Efficiency:
Streamline internal workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness in handling pre-construction and operational tasks.
Stakeholder Communication:
Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and government authorities as necessary to facilitate project requirements.
Prepare regular reports and updates for clients and senior management on project progress and challenges.
Problem-Solving and Adaptability:
Quickly address and resolve any unforeseen challenges or delays in paperwork, site readiness, or client interactions.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations, emphasizing quality and reliability in every task.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
