**Minimum 2+ years **of**experience**

A **Corporate Trainer** is a specialist responsible for increasing a company's productivity by teaching new skills and knowledge to employees.
- Identify training needs, research and work with individuals of specialisation to gather training materials
- Progressively develop meaningful modules based on requirements ( Presentations and hard copy training materials )
- Use team activities, seminars, workshops and other methods to train employees
- Regularly visit branches to understand their training needs and to provide on job training.
- Share and help employees understand the company policies and procedures
- Plan need-based sessions for both branch and Head office employees.
- Schedule appropriate training sessions and develop a training calendar.
- Assist in developing Performance Improvement Plan for specific employees who are underperforming by analyzing their assessments.
- Develop an effective feedback mechanism with all concerned members to increase business productivity and obtain feedback on the effectiveness of training.
- Plan and present the training budget to senior management.

Skills and abilities
- Proven experience as corporate trainer
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Proficient in Kannada and English
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
- Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills

**NOTE: This job Requires Travelling to branches occationally**

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
