Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Corporate Trainer. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, conducting workshops, and coaching teams to improve performance. Key responsibilities include identifying training needs, developing training materials, evaluating effectiveness, and providing post-training support. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and employee development.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Training Design, Delivery, and Facilitation
  • Skills in Content Development and Educational Material Creation
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of Performance Evaluation and Feedback Techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field
  • Certification in Training and Development or similar credential is an advantage
