**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- **Property Promotion**: Showcase and promote Loharuka Group’s properties, emphasizing their unique features and value to meet client needs.
- **Customer Service**: Guide clients through the property-buying process, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and pricing strategies to remain ahead in the market.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high levels of client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-5 years in sales or a related field.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Proven expertise in client relationship management.
- **Knowledge**: Comprehensive understanding of the real estate market, including trends and property insights.
