**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Java Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training to students and working professionals. The Java Trainer will be responsible for creating content, conducting interactive sessions, and preparing learners for industry readiness and certifications. The trainer should be well-versed with both core and advanced Java concepts and have the ability to explain them in a simplified, hands-on manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other related technologies.
- Design and update course materials, assignments, assessments, and projects.
- Guide learners through real-time coding exercises and industry-level projects.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and support for doubt resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Java frameworks, libraries, and tools.
- Conduct mock interviews and prepare students for placement/certification exams.
- Maintain learner progress reports and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to improve training quality and outcomes.
- Deliver both offline and online classes as per schedule.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Java development or training.
- Proficiency in Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, and frameworks like Spring & Hibernate.
- Experience with tools like Eclipse/IntelliJ, Maven/Gradle, Git, and databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to create a collaborative and engaging learning environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Java (e.g., Oracle Certified Java Programmer).
- Experience in training students for job readiness in the IT industry.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and RESTful APIs is a plus.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD tools, and Agile methodology.
