Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Trainer to deliver engaging and practical training sessions for students, fresh graduates, and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience in Java-based full stack technologies, along with excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end training on Java Full Stack Development, including front-end, back-end, databases, and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive course materials, coding exercises, and real-world projects.
  • Conduct assessments to track and evaluate learner progress.
  • Guide trainees in building portfolio projects and preparing for technical interviews.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry practices, tools, and frameworks.
  • Customize training content as per the requirements of colleges or corporate clients.

Core Technologies to be Covered

  • Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, / Angular (as per requirement)
  • Back-End: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices
  • Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (as needed)
  • Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab
  • Deployment & Tools: Maven/Gradle, Docker, AWS/Azure basics, CI/CD concepts

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer or Trainer.
  • Strong practical knowledge of both front-end and back-end development.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor and motivate learners of varied backgrounds.
