Service Agreement: 2 Years
Probation Period: 2 Months
Branches allowed: 2021/22 All Branches

Functional Area: Teaching & Training

1. You must have knowledge of ANY one programming language.
2. Ability to learn on your own initiative and research.
3. Good to have knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms.
4. You should be open to getting mentored on Python/Java or any other programming/technical skills.
5. Problem solving skills, Result-oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
6. Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
7. Should be target oriented and enthusiastic towards the role.
8. An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of all age groups.
9. _No_ Percentage criteria/ Academic criteria, _IF_ you are good with your programming skills.

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Learn new technologies, tools & programming languages.
2. Help students to resolve errors in code.
3. Design & develop mini projects/assignments/assessment tests.
4. Make new intuitive notes/ cheat sheets/ examples.
5. Select the appropriate training method to meet learning objectives and to suit the intended audience
6. Test participants on the knowledge that was imparted through assessments/exams/mock interviews.
7. Share feedback of students with the appropriate upper management in the organization.
8. Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
9. Observe and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
10. Suggest improvements as necessary.
