Sales Executive - Solar Structure Industry

**Job Role**:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar structure industry, generate leads, manage client relationships, prepare proposals, achieve sales targets, coordinate with internal teams, and support business growth initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and manage new business opportunities in solar structures
- Generate leads and convert prospects into sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with EPC contractors, project developers, and stakeholders
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product solutions
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with design, production, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution
- Maintain updated customer and sales data in ERP systems
- Track inquiries, quotations, orders, and dispatches
- Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and trends
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and business opportunities

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of sales experience in solar structures, renewable energy, or steel fabrication
- Hands-on ERP experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
