Leading Group of companies required **Sr. Manager
- Procurement (Coal)**

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Sourcing and Procurement
- Identify new suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Develop and manage purchase orders and contracts

2. Quality Control
- Develop quality standards and specifications for Agro products
- Conduct regular quality checks on received products
- Collaborate with quality assurance team to ensure compliance

3. Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and track product movement
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize freshness
- Implement inventory management systems and processes

4. Supplier Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers
- Negotiate long-term contracts and agreements
- Resolve supplier issues and conflicts

5. Market Research
- Monitor market trends and prices
- Identify new products and suppliers
- Analyze market data to inform purchasing decisions

6. Cost Optimization
- Analyze purchase data and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Implement cost-effective purchasing strategies
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve better prices

7. Compliance
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements
- Implement company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments

8. Reports to the Commercial Head directly.

9. Arrange and participate in meetings between suppliers and company engineers and other personnel to facilitate standardization and economical procurement.

10. Stay abreast of global market trends, including prices, supply & demand dynamics and technological advancements.

11. Manage other members of the purchasing team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,015,702.16 - ₹1,408,226.96 per year
