**Job Title**: MIS Specialist

**Location**: Surat, Gujarat (GIDC, Sachin, Surat)

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM

**Salary Range**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (negotiable up to ₹3,000)

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Conduct detailed analysis across various parameters, including purchase, sales, profit and loss, production, stock, gross and net product, and ROI.
- Generate and submit comprehensive reports for all departments, ensuring accuracy and timely analysis.

2. **Financial and Cost Verification**:

- Verify vouchers, bills, and product costing sheets.
- Analyze the balance sheet for loan and audit purposes.

3. **ERP and Software Management**:

- Oversee ERP implementation for accounting functions.
- Ensure data integrity and functionality within the system.

4. **Cash Book and Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile cash books across offices and factories, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Monitor and scrutinize production-to-dispatch bills.

5. **Personal Finance Monitoring**:

- Oversee the personal finance portfolio, providing regular updates and insights as needed.

**Experience**: 5-10 years in MIS field, preferably in the Textile Manufacturing Industry

**Age Requirement**: 18-30 years

**Education Requirements**: M.Com or equivalent

**Primary Skills Needed**:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, etc.)

Additional Requirements:

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
