**Your Role**:

- Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services using Golang.
- Maintain and enhance existing software systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Integrate messaging systems like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-driven architectures.
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Work with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Ansible) and follow DevOps principles.**Your Profile**:

- Strong proficiency in Golang and Java (Spring Boot preferred).
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Understanding of microservices architecture and API design.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and TDD.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Good understanding of Git, Linux, and containerization.**What you'll love about working here**:
