**Java Go Lang**:

- We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineers with expertise in Java, Go Lang, and MongoDB to join our Operational Excellence team
- Work on L3 Jira stories that cover bug fixes, system behavior clarifications, and data issues. Perform Short-Term Fixes (STF) and Long-Term Fixes (LTF) in coordination with development teams.
- Conduct data analysis and fixes for production records as needed. Collaborate with developers, testers, and operations teams to improve system reliability and incident response.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in critical situations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in L3 support or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Exposure to monitoring and alerting systems. Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Mandatory Skills: Google Go Programming.

Experience: 3-5 Years.
