Job Description: In-House Social Media Designer (Battery Industry-EMIKO_Batteries)

**Responsibilities**:
Design and create compelling visual content:Develop visually stunning and engaging social media graphics, illustrations, images, and videos that align with our brand guidelines.
Generate creative ideas to communicate complex messages related to our battery products and industry trends through visuals.
Optimize designs for different social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

Social media strategy and planning:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies that align with our overall marketing objectives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for social media campaigns and initiatives.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor analysis to ensure our social media content remains fresh and innovative.

Content creation and management:Produce high-quality and engaging social media content on a regular basis, including static images, animated graphics, videos, and other multimedia formats.
Ensure consistency in visual style, tone, and messaging across all social media channels.
Schedule and publish content using social media management tools and platforms.

Community engagement and interaction:Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions related to our brand and products.
Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Foster engagement with our audience by initiating and participating in conversations.

Performance tracking and analysis:Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns and content.
Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to optimize social media presence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a social media designer or similar role, preferably within the battery industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent visual and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content across various digital platforms.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
