We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team and help expand our digital presence.

**Job Summary**:
As a Social Media Executive at Interiors by Ashwiinii Dongare, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and developing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure a consistent and captivating online presence across multiple platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Design, write, and curate creative and engaging content including graphics, images, captions, and videos that reflect the brand's identity and core values.

2) Platform Management: Manage and oversee social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistent posting, interaction, and growth.

3) Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and actively participate in conversations to build a loyal online community.

4) Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to evaluate content effectiveness, audience behavior, and trends. Provide regular reports and insights.

5) Collaboration: Work closely with the design and marketing teams to align social media content with ongoing projects, events, and campaigns.

6) Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and industry changes to ensure the brand is always relevant and competitive.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
1] Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the interior design or lifestyle industry.

2] Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and their best practices.

3] Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to create captivating content.

4] Basic graphic design skills (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus.

5] Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.

6] Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

7] Familiarity with social media analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hoot suite, Sprout Social, etc.).

8] Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.

9] Passion for interior design and an understanding of current design trends is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
