**Key Responsibilities (KRAs)**:

- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- **Product Knowledge**: Understand the products/services inside out to effectively communicate benefits and answer client queries.
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Effectively negotiate terms and close deals that benefit both the client and the company.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
