- Negotiation and Closure: Skilfully negotiate prices and terms with prospects, particularly those from the USA, Canada, Australia, and other key markets, aiming to finalize deals that are beneficial for both the client and our company.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, with a preference for experience in online marketing or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation and drive.
- Experience working with clients from diverse geographical and cultural backgrounds.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Role Definition

The Sales Representative is responsible for selling our online marketing services and meeting the needs of potential clients by obtaining orders. As a Sales Representative, you will get on client calls and try to understand their needs, desires, and pain points. Your role will be to explain how our services can help them grow their business.

- Taking potential client calls and convincing them to sign up for “Test Project”
- Educating clients on the benefits and advantages of how we can help them.
- Negotiating prices and closing deals with new clients

TASK & ACTIVITIES

**TAKING CALLS FROM POTENTIAL CLIENTS AND CONVINCING THEM TO USE OUR SERVICES**

You will receive sales calls from our sales coordinator. Your main responsibility will be to take these calls and explain to clients how our online marketing services can benefit their business.

**EDUCATING CLIENTS ABOUT THE BENEFITS AND FEATURES OF OUR SERVICES**

During the call, you will educate clients about the benefits of our services and persuade them to choose us.

**NEGOTIATING PRICES AND FINALIZING DEALS WITH NEW CLIENTS**

Most of our clients are from the USA, Canada, Australia, and other countries. They may ask you to lower the cost of our services. However, you should negotiate with them professionally to close the deal.
