**A Direct Marketing Executive in a field job is responsible for promoting products or services directly to clients, often through in-person interactions, events, or demonstrations. Their primary goal is to generate leads, drive sales, and build brand awareness**.
- **Lead Generation**: Identity and qualify leads, collecting contact information and follow-up details.
- Approach the clients, sending the quotations, negotiations - convert the leads in to clients.
- Keep tracking existing and inactive clients and creating new clients to the business.
- Interacting with potential clients, understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Convert leads into business, meetings or exceeding targets
- **Event Participation**: Represent the company at events and demonstrations
- **Data Collections and Reporting** : Gather and report data on client
- Ensure your team converts leads, keeps existing customers/clients, and increases sales by recognizing your target audience’s pain points, wants, and needs and advertising the most suitable products to them
- Plan Direct Marketing activities to target our leads directly and convert them into paid customers
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all online and offline channels

**Skills**:

- Good communication skills (English, Hindi and Telugu)
- Excellent negotiation skills with clients
- Good reporting and presenting skills

**Experience**:

- Min 3-5 Years with Marketing

**Salary and other benefits**
- Annual CTC : up to 4.20 L
- PF and ESI (If applicable)
- Incentives (If applicable)
- Transportation facility may be bus/metro/bike

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
