**About the role**:
We at Ketto, are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our UI/UX Design Team who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets and will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and high fidelity UI prototypes.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
- Implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Maintain and adhere to style standards of design systems.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Proven work experience of 2-4 years as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio of design projects. (Behance or Dribbble works fine, Please avoid Google drive links)
- Knowledge of wireframe and design tools (e.g. Whimsical / Figma / Sketch).
- A team player but can work independently too.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
