**Minimum qualifications**: 1. Bachelor's degree in Design, related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2. A design portfolio demonstrating design principles for web and/or mobile platforms. 3. Successful track record in working across organizational boundaries and collaborating with cross functional teams. 4. Good Communication skills are must. **Preferred qualifications**: 1. Experience using a variety of UX tools like Figma, Sketch, PSD, XD, InDesign etc. 2. A strongly creative approach and an ability to turn ideas into richly functional and visually slick prototypes. 3. Experience working with a SaaS product. 4. Partner with Product Management, and Engineering to drive features from research to implementation and roadmap capabilities for UX features. 2. Leverage user research to influence stakeholders and improve product designs and strategy. 3. Partner with product management to drive design solutions and user experience design. 4. Bridge business stakeholders, the customer, and the product experience building consensus across organizational boundaries. 5. Facilitate and implement UX design.
