QA in Charge

Responsible for ensuring the product meets established standards consistently including reliability, usability and performance.
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and prepare the report
- Responsible to investigate lower RFT, OOS, Quality Deviation and return goods and prepare the investigation report.
- Collect and compile statistical quality data
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
- Responsible for involvement in ISO audit/FOD audit/Plant audit/QC alignment activities/Document control.
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Perform dispatch and provide line clearance for the dispatch.
- Responsible to develop Packing material.
- Responsible to maintain supplier qualification documents and compile customer questionnaires
- Responsible to review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
- Responsible for document management systems
- Monitor risk management activities
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
