**Position Overview**: We are looking for a passionate and skilled **Baker** to volunteer as an instructor for a 2-week baking workshop aimed at teaching and inspiring the students. This short term program will introduce students to basic baking techniques, kitchen safety, and hands-on practice with recipes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver daily baking lessons to a group of students
- Teach fundamental techniques such as measuring, mixing, kneading and decorating
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed in the kitchen
- Engage and encourage students of varying skill levels
- Share professional tips, insights and a love for baking

**Qualifications**:

- A diploma or professional certification in Baking/Patisserie/ Culinary Arts
- Prior experience in baking
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, patient and passionate about mentoring
- Willingness to commit for the full 2 week duration
