Saudi based “**AL Khbbaz National Industrial Company” **engaged in industrial activities, specializing in manufacturing fresh Arabic and international baked goods and sweets. Company is looking for the employees in the following positions: Quality Engineer or Quality

**Executive Baker and Pastry Chef.**
- Has experience in creating mixtures for various types of baked goods, sweets, crisps, and biscuits.
- Able to operate automated production lines and handle large-scale industrial production quantities of baked goods.
- Has at least 5 years of experience in large-scale food factories.
- Has extensive knowledge of food additives, preservatives, anti-fungal agents, flavors, and colors specific to baked goods, biscuits, and sweets, and knows how to produce these products with excellent quality and increased shelf life.
- Has a good understanding of quality standards and holds HACCP and ISO 22000 certifications.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹310,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
