About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Moderator to manage and maintain a positive online presence for our brand across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for monitoring, engaging with, and moderating user interactions to ensure a respectful and brand-aligned community.

Key Responsibilities
- Community Management: Monitor and moderate comments, messages, and user-generated content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Brand Protection: Identify and remove spam, inappropriate content, or harmful interactions that could damage the brand’s reputation.
- Engagement & Response: Reply to queries, engage with customers, and ensure a positive brand experience through timely responses.
- Crisis Management: Escalate sensitive or negative issues to the appropriate team while maintaining a professional and calm approach.
- Content Moderation: Ensure that all user interactions align with the company’s policies and brand guidelines.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement trends, report issues, and provide feedback to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
- Ability to handle negative comments professionally and diffuse conflicts.
- Familiarity with social media policies, guidelines, and best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
