**Job Title**: Treatment Section Coordinator

**Overview**:
We are looking for a Compassionate and service oriented **Treatment Section Coordinator **to join our ESH Family. As a Treatment Section Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting patients with their medical needs throughout their journey in our Medical Facility. Your commitment and expertise will contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our patients.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage crisis communications and outreach initiatives.
- Responsible to prepare treatment schedule and ensure that treatment goes smoothly as scheduled
- Answer phone calls from Patients both IP / OP
- Attends to the needs and feelings of others to develop effective working relationship among the staffs
- To monitor problems and follow-up of the same in IP and OP
- Exhibit leadership qualities.
- Responsible for Patient Treatment attendance
- Should be ready to handle if any emergency need arrived during Treatment
- Schedule patients for treatment at the appropriate time.
- Check in with the team-members to see if anything to be completed before leaving for the day
- Prepare to ensure a fresh start to the workstation next day

**Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of work experience in any position
- **FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY.**:

- **Prefer Immediate Joiners**:

- Good Communication skill, ability to work well under pressure
- Computer literacy is a must for this role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
