- Job Purpose:

- Responsible for establishing and managing the scope, design drawings, schedule, Purchase requests, Purchase orders and start-up of various Capital Projects focusing on material handling and documentation, ensuring that all company regulations and procedures are followed and that all work is done in a safe, timely and cost effective manner.
- Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare the Project proposals, detailed drawings and specifications for assigned projects using AutoCAD and Novartis Standards and Delivers CAD drawing inputs in any project timely and effectively
- Prepare technical drawings and plans for building and manufacturing by using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD or CADD) software programs
- Should coordinate with builders to establish requirements and understand design concepts. When deficiencies occur, CAD engineer revise designs to eliminate problems.
- Should be able to visually communicate concepts, draw well and be very detailed and knowledge on developing 2D or 3 D drawings
- Leading project stage documentation during construction phase. Prepare & supervise the project inventories as per the requirement of schedules and Perform other related duties as required.
- Ensuring the online documentation during project execution & archival of all project related documents as per the procedure and Maintain full compliance for Novartis and specific Quality, HSE and BCM Standards
- Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction from key customers within the country (e.g. based on annual customer satisfaction survey) in accordance with agreed SLA’s

**Minimum requirements**
- What you’ll bring to the role:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technologist program (equivalent field experience)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in any type of in construction or Healthcare industries. Hands-on experience with AutoCAD - 2 D, 3 D, CMMS material handling and documentation is required
- Proficiency in English - other languages are an advantage and Hands -on experience with resent version Project management tolls like Revit models & other soft wares
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and fluent in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD etc.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory regulations regarding facility operations
