**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identify, analyze, and bid on potential projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
- Write customized and compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Communicate with potential clients to clarify project needs and build strong relationships.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.
- Maintain records of bid success rates and follow up on active proposals.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 3 months of experience** in bidding on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to research and understand client needs and project requirements.
- Basic understanding of IT services such as web development, WordPress, Shopify, and PHP.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
