**_In this role, you will be responsible to Work closely with and within Property & Casualty Insurance Finance operations management team._**

**_Responsibilities_**:

**_Daily Liquidity management for cash funding_**

**_ _**
**_IC loan, G&A and capital contribution settlement with other platforms_**

**_ _**
**_Actual cash analysis on platform and consolidation on group level_**

**_ _**
**_Counter party risk management for platform and group_**

**_ _**
**_Preference share dividend Interest payment and booking of long term debt_**

**_ _**
**_Corporate credit card booking and reconciliation from cash side._**

**_ _**
**_Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and balances outstanding to ensure compliance with the Credit & Collection policy._**

**_ _**
**_Daily bank transaction download to update cash log file and allocate them as per details_**

**_ _**
**_Post documentation receipt further assess status of KYC refresh as per ‘gap’ letter and further coordinate for missing documents_**

**_ _**
**_Review claims workflow for claim payment processing_**

**_ _**
**_Booking claims payment including proportional claims_**

**_ _**
**_Premium and claims matching in system_**

**_ _**
**_Non-claims payment and booking as provided by other department_**

**_ _**
**_Review journal entry and posting in system_**

**_ _**
**_Payments authorization on bank website as first approver_**

**_ _**
**_Age receivables including follow-up comments on outstanding premium_**

**_Unmatched & unallocated premium initial follow-up with broker and underwriters_**

**_Bank reconciliation for all bank accounts._**

**_Accountable to connect with account payable and account receivable teams for open items._**

**_Show open items in summary sheet with follow-up comments_**

**_Discussion with department head on current year expense forecast and next year planning_**

**_Creation of planning template for 30 cost center based on gathered information_**

**_Monthly follow-up meeting with department heads (DH) on future changes_**

**_Encouraging information in group planning template and send to group planning team for review_**

**_Seek and make changes as per group planning team_**

**_MI expense template update on quarterly basis_**

**_Provide commentary on variances for QTD and YTD numbers_**

**_Circulation of plan vs actual expense report to DH_**

**_Seek queries send by DH_**

**_Maintain and update employee benefit allowance tracker_**

**_Qualifications we seek in you_**:

**_Minimum Qualification_**:

**_B.Com Graduate_**

**_Excellent Cash operations knowledge in Credit Control, Treasury & bank Reconciliation and FP&A_**

**_Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Word knowledge_**

**_Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility_**

**_Ability to handle high volumes of workloads and to reach targets and target on a timely basis_**
