**HIRING NON-IT RECRUITERS**

**Qualification **: Any graduates/Post graduates

**Experience** : 0-3years

**Designation **: Talent Acquisition Trainee/ Staffing Specialist

**Joining** : Immediate Joining (No notice period shall be considered)

**Work location **: Bangalore

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
- Should be a go getter, must be capable of handling all kind of Non IT related JD’s
- Effectively Use Job Portals/ Networking & Referrals Use Job boards (Naukri, Times jobs, Monster), LinkedIn and other professional websites/portals, all kind of online platform for recruitment.
- Understand Resource Requirements Work proactively on end to end recruitment for hiring for our Clients by utilizing effective tools for sourcing, selection and on boarding.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews.
- Meet all recruitment timelines successfully for the multiple clients assigned. Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with vertical Manager/Team leads.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
