**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Interaction**:*
- Understand clients' property requirements and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, their features, and benefits.

2. **Lead Generation**:*
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including referrals, social media, and online platforms.
- Maintain and update a database of prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads promptly to convert them into sales opportunities.

3. **Sales Pitch**:*
- Present and promote real estate properties to potential buyers.
- Conduct virtual tours and presentations to showcase properties.
- Address client queries and concerns effectively to build trust and confidence.

4. **Negotiation and Closing**:*
- Negotiate terms and prices with clients to close deals successfully.
- Ensure all legal and financial documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processes.

5. **Market Research**:*
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competition.
- Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and sales teams to improve strategies.

6. **Customer Relationship Management**:*
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide post-sale support and address any issues or concerns clients may have.

**7. *Reporting**:*
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and performance metrics.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:* ANY GRADUATION Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A background in sales, marketing, or real estate is preferred.
- **Experience**:* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role in the real estate industry.
- **Communication:* **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
- **Negotiation:* **Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- **Customer Focus:* **Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- *Tech-Savvy:* Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and virtual presentation tools.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and network effectively.
- **Goal-Oriented**:* Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
