Associate- People

Elevates' People Operations team is expanding to meet the growing needs of a rapidly expanding business and is currently looking for an Associate in our EU/UK People Operations team. As an Associate, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end onboarding, Offboarding, benefits, compliance of EU/UK region. You will collaborate with our external partners and the internal finance team to ensure smooth processing.

**Specifically, the Associate
- People Operations** **will**
- As a People Associate, you will play a key role in onboarding new hires of the company in the EU/UK region.
- You will be personally involved in the entire end-to-end onboarding cycle, starting from
drafting offer letters to providing HR system access to everything in between.
- In a nutshell, you will be accountable for ensuring that all new hires experience a smooth and frictionless onboarding and ensuring that they are ready to be productive from day one.
- Managing and creating profiles on HRIS/various other HR systems.
- Learning and managing statutory compliance in the EU/UK region.
- Working on and manage the People Operations ticketing system.
- Dealing with HR related queries from the employees.
- Setting up new profiles for hires in several cloud-based systems as required.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure that new hires are set up to be productive from day one.
- Setting up standard company induction programs for new hires.

**Skills for success**
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Understanding of HR domain and knowledge of Operations.
- Experience in EU/UK region.

**Experience**
- Fresher with MBA HR or 6 months to 2 years’ experience.
- Good written and verbal communication.

**Qualifications**
- Any Graduate with experience.
- Or MBA in HR.
