**Planning**: Create production, packing, and resource plans
- **Coordination**: Work with purchasing, quality assurance, and production to ensure plans are met
- **Reporting**: Prepare reports for daily, monthly, and yearly needs
- **Material planning**: Plan materials and ensure availability
- **Quality management**: Ensure QMS activities are completed
- **Communication**: Coordinate with the market and other departments to ensure plans are met
