**Job Purpose**:
To provide a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for pre-primary students while fostering their overall development—cognitive, emotional, social, and physical.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons in alignment with the school's curriculum framework.
- Use creative and interactive teaching methods to make learning fun and engaging.
- Integrate play-based learning and hands-on activities to support cognitive and motor skill development.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage student behavior positively, ensuring children feel supported and understood.
- Foster a sense of responsibility, respect, and cooperation among students.
- **Student Development**:

- Observe, monitor, and document each child’s progress and development.
- Identify and address learning difficulties, emotional needs, or behavioral concerns promptly.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking among children.
- **Parental Engagement**:

- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to share updates on student progress and development.
- Build strong relationships with parents and involve them in their child’s learning journey.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
- **Resource Management**:

- Maintain and organize teaching materials, toys, and classroom resources.
- Create a visually appealing and stimulating classroom environment with charts, displays, and learning corners.
- **School Activities**:

- Participate in school events, assemblies, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
- Assist in organizing cultural and festival celebrations within the pre-primary section.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (NTT/Montessori Certification preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children.
- Creativity and resourcefulness in designing learning activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher preferred (Freshers with relevant training can apply).

**Key Qualities**:

- Passionate about teaching and nurturing young children.
- Positive attitude and ability to create a joyful learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
