Department Description

Global cybersecurity & Information security (GCIS) is responsible for:

- Cyber Security: Protecting the Technology Environment from internal and external security threats,
- Application Security (through secure coding practices, penetration testing, and developer training)
- IAM Operation - working to principles of least privilege, access appropriate to role and Role Based Access Control
- Infrastructure Security
- Security Engineering and Architecture
- IAM Product - working on engineering, supporting & implementing new IAM solutions providing security controls in products like Identity governance & administration, Privileged access management, PKI and Enterprise directory services.
- Cyber Defence Operations

Team & Role Description

The IAM Product team brings together delivery, support, architecture, and design into a single product team with a single global vision and strategy. The team looks after enhancing and supporting Fidelity internal IAM technology products and bespoke integrations. This cover maintaining and building new connectors/integrations, delivering new IAM capabilities via automation, engineering, testing & configuring new components. The team operates across multiple geographic locations (India, Ireland, Germany, Asia Pacific) and ensures the product is secure, stable, and available with minimum disruption to business.

Participating in security projects including PAM, resolving critical/high severity incidents, maintaining service availability, ensuring systems are kept up to date and on-boarding new customers to these security services are all the responsibilities of the Product team

Key Responsibilities
- Identify requirements and execute technology POC / pilots
- CyberArk - Application integration and automation
- Ad-hoc development of custom plugins and solutions
- Solution documentation (including monitoring & DR test) and handover to level 1 and 2 support, including knowledge transfer and training as appropriate
- Design solutions and approach for streamlining app/Infra/database onboarding.
- Input to PAM technology security roadmaps and strategy
- Input to wider technology stream strategies, design and implementations
- Ownership of PAM led projects, and participation in non-security led project activities
- Prioritise problem records (requiring engineering efforts) & their resolution,
- Contributing to IAM product roadmaps, future strategy
- Reviews and improves internal controls, standards and methodologies, reviews and enhances test scripts, reviews.
- Provide guidance, mentoring/grooming of junior members and make sure required product patching/upgrades/DR are appropriately documented, tested and conducted regularly
- Role also requires individual to be a strategic thinker, understand complex technical and architectural issues from security perspective and the implications associated with the chosen technical strategy.

Experience and Qualifications Required

Must Have
- Technical expert in Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies implementations & experience in supporting a live production environment.
- Experience with privileged account/session mgmt. and implementation of security measures/controls to mitigate the risk of unauthorized access to systems through privileged access or break glass mechanisms.
- BSc/BA/BE/B Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or experience.
