**Accountabilities**:

- Managing schedules & dispatch of the guards on a computer software
- Calling the security guards on a regular basis to ensure their attendance and performance at job
- Route relevant information to other departments and locations as appropriate via Action Request
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Glen Group Operations
- Handle job duties in their appropriate priority with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure information obtained or provided whether verbally or in writing is accurate and in keeping with policy and procedures
- Communicate effectively over the telephone with sensitivity and tact, respond to adverse situations (e.g., irate customers, high call volumes), and make sound judgment calls
- Work in a manner that protects one’s own health & safety as well as the safety of co-workers and others, and that is consistent with the law and with safe work practices and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors in any field and minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills, courteous telephone manners
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Team player as well as the ability to work independently
- Desire to meet and exceed pre-defined performance goals

**Shift timings available to choose from**:
**1. 1:00 AM -9:00 AM PST i.e. 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST (5-6 DAYS A WEEK)**

**2. 5:00 PM-1:00 AM PST i.e. 5.30 AM - 1.30 PM IST (5-6 DAYS A WEEK)**

**3. 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM PST i.e. 9.30 PM - 5.30 AM IST (5-6 DAYS A WEEK)**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Amritsar, Amritsar - 143001, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
