**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively resolve customer issues related to orders, product information, and account management
- Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Proactively identify and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Operations team to optimize fulfillment processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order status
- Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer support policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce customer support
- Proven proficiency in Shopify and e-commerce fulfillment software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
