**Building Materials**: Puff Panels, MS Sheets, PPGI/L Sheets, Sanitary &CP, Tiles,Wires & Cables, PVC Pipes, Fiber Cement Boards, Gypsum Boards **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead Generation: ○ Actively seek and identify potential customers through offline & online channels ( internet, B2B platforms, and e-commerce marketplaces ) ○ Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to expand the customer base. - Sales & Business Development: ○ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. ○ Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. ○ Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals. ○ Negotiate and close sales deals. ○ Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. - Market Research & Analysis: ○ Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. ○ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and expand product offerings. - Customer Service: ○ Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. ○ Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. - Travel: ○ Be willing to travel frequently to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct site visits in the geography allotted ( region ) **Required Skills & Qualifications**: - 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the building materials industry. - Strong understanding of the building materials market and competitive landscape. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Proficiency in using computers and relevant software (MS Office Suite, etc.). - Willingness to travel extensively. - "Hunger" and "dynamic" approach - A strong desire to succeed, a proactive and energetic personality, and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. **Benefits**: - Competitive salary and incentive structure. - Opportunity for professional growth and development. - Supportive and collaborative work environment. - ESOP benefits **Key Considerations**: - Highlight the "Hunger" and "Dynamic" Approach: In your resume and cover letter, emphasize your drive, ambition, and proactive approach to sales.
