**Job Purpose:

- **

The core role and responsibilities are:

- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Knowledge of procurement of construction material its proper storage and accounting process.
- Should have idea of quality of construction materials, various types of tests to be conducted.
- Should have hiring knowledge of manpower, tools and its proper deployment as per site/activity requirement.
- Should have idea of resolving the conflicts between working staffs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Qualifications:

- Recognized diploma qualification in civil engineering plus 4 years of experience in construction industry

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality assurance.

**Salary Range:

- Rs.15,000/- to 22,000/- (Per Month)
