Bridge Supervisor

**Qualification**:
Diploma in Civil Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience in Construction Industry.

**Experience**:
Prior experience in civil construction projects would be an added advantage.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
The core role and responsibilities are:

- 1. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

2. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

3. Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

4. Knowledge of procurement of construction material its proper storage and accounting process.

5. Should have idea of quality of construction materials, various types of tests to be conducted.

6. Should have hiring knowledge of manpower, tools and its proper deployment as per site/activity requirement.

7. Should have idea of resolving the conflicts between working staffs.

8. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for fostering teamwork and collaboration.

9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ranchi, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
