**Position Name**: Senior Business Development Manager (Sr. BDM)
**Experience**: 5-8 Years
**Availability**: Immediate or max. 15 days

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in outbound sales, with expertise in resource augmentation and enterprise solution selling.
- Generate leads and manage outreach efforts effectively.
- Extensive experience in international markets, particularly in North America, Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
- Preferred knowledge of sales automation and prospecting tools/methods.
- Familiarity with open-source technologies such as Java and Full Stack development, as well as customer experience solutions like Liferay and Microsoft SharePoint (added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of Portal & CRM Technologies is a plus.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for demos, requirement discovery, and proposal creation.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Adhere to sales processes and maintain proficiency in CRM technologies.
- Use monthly forecasting and pipeline management to drive sales growth.
