We're looking for a Telecaller who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer service. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Answering calls and resolving queries about product or company. 2. Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to our Sales group for closing. 3. Advises present or prospective clients by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis, operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and different telecommunications technologies. 4. Take inbound, outbound, and blended calls, answer questions, and document activities 5. Make outbound calls to prospects and clients Skills - Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills - Strong business telephone and customer service skills - Verbal communication
