A Talent Acquisition Intern will have a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources (HR) team's talent acquisition efforts and database management functions. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented individual to gain practical experience in talent acquisition strategies and database administration within a dynamic organizational setting. The intern will collaborate closely with HR professionals to enhance recruitment processes, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in generating and analyzing recruitment metrics and reports. Contribute insights to improve recruitment strategies based on data.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas for improvement in the database system. Propose and implement enhancements to streamline processes and improve user experience.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling meetings, organizing materials, and managing calendars.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Keen interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) / G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
- Familiarity with HR databases or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 - 6 months

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
