Job Title: Front Office Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3 - 5 years in front office preferred
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage front desk and reception duties.
- Answer and direct phone calls and queries in English, Hindi, and the local language and connecting the phone calls to the concerned department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and maintain records.
- Manage and monitor the office supplies and ensure the office is fully equipped for daily operations.
- Manage and coordinate calendars for meetings, appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses.
- Ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Handling all the administrative tasks.
- Supervision of housekeeping.
- Maintain daily attendance and leave data of the staff.
**Skills and Qualifications required**:
- Graduation in any discipline is required.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
