**Scrum Master**

We're seeking a skilled and passionate **Scrum Master** to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving our success.

**What you will do**:
**Facilitate Scrum ceremonies**: Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to keep the team focused on its commitments.

**Promote Agile values**: Advocate for and enforce Agile principles and behaviors within the team.

**Collaborate with the Product Owner**: Work closely to create prioritized release and sprint backlogs, and assist with writing effective user stories.

**Facilitate story estimation**: Lead the team through story estimation and ensure the story board is up-to-date.

**Remove blockers**: Identify and remove internal and external obstacles to help the team focus on delivering their sprint commitments.

**Track and communicate sprint metrics**: Create and track metrics such as burndown/burnup charts, goals achieved, and completed stories to keep stakeholders informed.

**Handle issues and escalations**: Address and escalate problems as necessary to maintain workflow and ensure progress against sprint goals.

**What We're Looking For**:
1-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, RSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe SM, or other Agile coaching certificate).

Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving Agile practices within teams.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on removing impediments.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Experience in creating and tracking sprint metrics (burndown charts, story completion, etc.).
